To improve the usefulness of our site, NTS - The Fun Company measures and analyzes non-identifying, aggregate usage, and volume statistical information from Users in order to administer our Site, and to constantly improve the quality of our service and site performance. Financial Transactions
NTS - The Fun Company requests information from the User when the User choose to make a payment to us through PayPal. The information that is collected to process the order may include contact information (name, shipping address, telephone number, fax number and/or email address). Financial information (credit card number, name on account, expiration date) is gathered by PayPal. After the transaction is completed, PayPal sends the transaction information to NTS - The Fun Company for order fulfillment. NTS - The Fun Company does not see or record any of the financial information as PayPal handles the payment process in it's entirety and does not send NTS - The Fun Company any credit card related information.

Log Files
NTS - The Fun Company uses IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track users movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

SHARING

We do not share your personally identifiable information with any third parties who are not agents or service providers for any purpose including their own marketing purpose except as described in this privacy policy. NTS - The Fun Company uses third parties to provide credit card processing on our site, specifically PayPal. PayPal handles the transaction and puts the money in our account once the transaction has been completed. No credit card information is handled or stored by NTS - The Fun Company.

COMMUNICATION FROM THE SITE

NTS - The Fun Company will only communicate with Users regarding their Product Orders, any inquiries made through our Contact form or for refunds.

This web site takes every precaution to protect Users information. No sensitive information is submitted directly to NTS - The Fun Company. All of that information is handled directly by PayPal. No sensitive information is sent to us by PayPal regarding the financial transaction (credit card number, exp. date, security code, etc.). Information regarding the financial transaction is stored in a secured database on a secured server. Again, no credit card or PayPal account information is stored in this database. At no point do we have access to that information.
